Our mission is to “know Christ and to make him known.” ORPC has deep roots in Scottish Presbyterianism, dating back to 1856, and can be described in two words—diversity and unity. As a local church, we are a diverse group of people from all over Asia, comprising of English and Indonesian congregations. We also have two independent congregations sharing our facilities, catering to Mandarin and German-speaking members of the community.
We are unified by our Evangelical and Reformed convictions. That means we believe in the gospel—the good news of Jesus Christ—as the main storyline of the Bible. This, in turn, fuels our motivation to reach out with the love of God to those in Singapore and beyond.
Our vision as a church is to nurture Christ’s followers to become more like Jesus Christ and to equip one another to serve God and his kingdom on earth.
