Notice is hereby given of the Extraordinary Congregational Meeting (ECM) to be held onsite in the Sanctuary on Sunday, 17 Nov 2024 (after the morning and evening services) for the election of elders and deacons. Session received one nomination for a new elder and one nomination for a new deacon. Details of the candidates are shown below.
All members are encouraged to attend the ECM. Please bring your NRIC for verification and registration purposes on Sunday, 17 Nov 2024:
9 AM Service: Registration from 8.15 – 9.00 a.m. outside the Sanctuary before the morning service and also immediately after the morning service in the Sanctuary.
6 PM Service: Registration after the service in the Sanctuary.
If you are unable to attend, please authorise another member as proxy to vote on your behalf:

- collect a copy from the ushers or
- from Dunman Hall.
Your proxy must bring the duly completed form with him/her to the ECM for your vote to be counted. Please note: One member per proxy form.
