ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING (25 MAY)
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) of
ORPC will be held onsite in the Sanctuary on Sun 25 May from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm.
The Notice and Agenda of ACM is included as an insert to this Bulletin. All members
are encouraged to attend the ACM and voting will be done in-person on Sunday,
25 May.
A soft copy of the Annual Report 2024 is available from today while the printed
copies (one copy per household) will be distributed at a later date. ORPC
members may request for a copy of the Annual Report via the ACM 2025 page on
the ORPC website (click here) or by emailing the Church Office (orpcenglish@orpc.org.sg) indicating if you want a pdf or printed copy and providing your email or mailing address.

EXTRAORDINARY CONGREGATIONAL MEETING (ECM) FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE
ORPC CONSTITUTION (25 MAY)
Notice is hereby given that the ECM will be held onsite in the Sanctuary on Sunday,
25 May 2025 (after the morning, evening and GPO worship services) for the
amendments to the ORPC Constitution. Voting will be done in-person on Sunday, 25
May. All members are encouraged to attend the ECM because the required quorum

EXTRAORDINARY CONGREGATIONAL MEETING (ECM) FOR THE ELECTION OF ELDERS (25 MAY)
Notice is hereby given that the ECM will be held onsite in the Sanctuary on Sunday,
25 May 2025 (after the morning and evening worship services) for the election of
elders. Session received one nomination for a new elder and one nomination for an

IMPORTANT: PROXY FORM FOR ACM & ECMs
If you are unable to attend the ACM and 2 ECMs on 25 May 2025, you could
authorise another member as proxy to vote on your behalf. You may download a
Proxy Form here Proxy Form (E) or collect a copy of the blue Proxy Form from the
ushers or from Dunman Hall. Your proxy must bring the duly completed and signed
form with him/her to the ACM and 2 ECMs for your vote to be counted. You would
only need to complete one Proxy Form for all 3 meetings (ACM and 2 ECMs).
