Sacred Trust: Children
Children are entrusted to us as gifts which are to be received with gratitude, not as an inconvenience or as personal accomplishments. In this course, we will revisit the understanding of covenantal blessing to help us look into practical issues like: childlessness (voluntary & involuntary), family planning, sufferings, failures, as well as loss.
Three key phrases for our consideration:
blessings, stewardship and sovereignty of God.
Before You Say ‘I Do’ ‘Not Yet,’ or ‘Why Us’, join us for a course focused not on life’s circumstances, but on the foundations that sustain us through them – foundations strong enough to hold childlessness and children, ease and suffering, plans that worked out and plans that didn’t, without cracking.
If you’ve been carrying a question about children you’ve never said out loud in church, this course is for you. Bring your confusion, your doubts, your grief, or your questions.
