Children are entrusted to us as gifts which are to be received with gratitude, not as an inconvenience or as personal accomplishments. In this talk, we will revisit the understanding of covenantal blessing to help us look into practical issues like:
- childlessness (voluntary & involuntary),
- family planning,
- sufferings,
- failures,
- as well as loss.
Three key phrases for our consideration:
- blessings,
- stewardship and
- sovereignty of God.
