Theme: Building a Disciple-making Church
Speaker: Dr Ho Chiao Ek, Principal of IDMC Institute
In lieu of a church camp this year, we will have a church retreat on 18 June 2022, Saturday, from 9 am to 4 pm.
Dr Ho will speak on our church theme of “Building a Disciple-making Church“. Registration is free and all are welcome. Please register early to facilitate catering and seating arrangements.
Purpose: What is discipleship all about? How do we move beyond studying the Bible to applying the Word of God in our walk with God? Our speaker, Dr Ho Chiao Ek, will share on this topic and facilitate a panel discussion involving our own church leaders and members on how ORPC seeks to build a disciple-making church through our intentional discipleship and community building initiatives.

0900 – 1000 Registration and Breakfast Fellowship
1000 – 1030 Welcome and Worship
1030 – 1130 Message
1130 – 1230 Q&A and Group Discussion
1230 – 1330 Lunch Fellowship
1330 – 1430 Panel Discussion
1430 – 1530 Group Discussion and Prayer
1540 – 1600 Closing
There will be Nintendo Wii games from 1600 onwards in Su Han Kuen Hall for those interested and you may want to arrange dinner fellowships separately.
Note: There will be no separate children’s programme.
