ECM – Election of Elder & Deacon (15 Nov 2026)

Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary Congregational Meeting (ECM) will be held onsite in the Suntec Halls 308-311 on Sunday, 15 November 2026 (after the morning and evening English worship services and the Indonesian Ministry (IM) worship service) for the election of an elder and a deacon.  Session received one nomination for an elder and one nomination for a deacon for his second term. Details of the two candidates are shown below.

All members are encouraged to attend the ECM. Please bring your NRIC for verification and registration purposes on Sunday, 15 November 2026. Voting will be conducted in-person.

• 9 a.m. English service: Registration 8.15 – 9.00 a.m. outside Halls 308-311.
• 5.30 p.m. English service: Registration 4.45 – 5.30 p.m. outside Halls 308-311.
• 2.30 p.m. Indonesian Ministry service: Registration 1.45 – 2.30 p.m. outside Halls 308-311.

All members are requested to register and collect your voting slips before the start of worship service on 15 November 2026. Please come early before the start of the services.
