Rev Dr Peter Poon (Acting Senior Minister & Christian Education Director)
Peter began pastoral ministry in 1981 with All Saints Presbyterian Church. Since then, he has served with Youth for Christ International, Prinsep St Presbyterian Church, and Living Praise Presbyterian Church. Currently he spends part of the time with WorldTeach as its Training Director. He and his wife - Helena - have three children: Joel, Jobeth and Johanna. He likes the outdoors and motorbikes.
Rev. Peter focuses on supporting Bible-teaching and learning ministries (Sunday School, youth and adult learning programmes) in the congregation.
Agnes has a passion for God's people and sensed God's call to help them realise their gifting and calling to fulfil their destiny in being effective instruments in His kingdom. She grew up in a God-fearing family whose mother served as a missionary in southern Philippines. Gifted as she is, she eventually went to US for graduate studies in music that launched her into full-time teaching at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Northern California and later into full time ministry in US churches.
Dr. Agnes supports the Worship
ministry, with particular responsibility for co-ordinating all music activities.
Timothy began full-time ministry in 2003 and started serving in ORPC since end-2015. A graduate from NUS, he was a social worker for 3 years. He later received his theological training (M.Div - Pastoral Ministries) at Singapore Bible College. He has previously served in Bartley Christian Church, Woodlands EFC and OMF Singapore, mainly in missions and young people ministries. He is married to Yew Ya and they have 2 sons and 2 daughters. He enjoys music, sports (basketball, triathlons), and reading. He also blogs regularly at Skillful Shepherds.
Ps. Timothy is the key staff support for Youth and Young Adults Ministries.
Herna obtained her Th.M and M.Div from Singapore Bible College. She started as a teacher and counsellor in a Christian school in Jakarta. Later, she was a biblical and counselling correspondent with Radio Bible Class (Our Daily Bread Ministries) and concurrently an adjunct lecturer (Greek Grammar) in a theological seminary. Since 2005, she has served in Singapore at Hebron Bible-Presbyterian Church, and at Glory Presbyterian Church as a chaplain in the affiliated Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School. She is married to Andy, and they have a daughter, Gracia. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and meeting up with people.
Ps. Herna is the key staff support for Women and Children Ministries.
John received his theological training at Singapore Bible College (B.Th) and at Bible College of Victoria in Melbourne (M.A. in Ministry). He served in the marketplace for eight years before going into full time ministry as a Youth Worker with Singapore Youth for Christ. He later served as a pastoral staff in True Way Presbyterian Church, Glory Presbyterian Church, Toong Chai Presbyterian Church and Sion Christian Church. He joined ORPC in 2016, after serving at All Saints' Home as Asst. Chaplain.
He is married to Evelyn, and they have two adult sons, Gideon and Titus. He enjoys fishing, table tennis and cycling. He also enjoys watching sports programs such as soccer and tennis, and documentaries on nature and the animal world.

Pastor Edward Goh (Missions & Evangelism and Small Groups)
Edward received his theological training at Singapore Bible College (SBC) in 1999 where he received his Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies. He later completed his Doctor of Ministry in “Leadership in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry” at Denver Seminary, Colorado, USA. Edward was initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer (B.Eng, NUS). He served five years in the market place before he was called into full time ministry. Edward has served in his home church, The People’s Bible Church (TPBC) since 1992 in various capacities, most recently as Executive Pastor. He was ordained by the local council of The People’s Bible Church in 2007. His passion is in expository preaching of God’s word and training cell group leaders to impart biblical knowledge. His ministry at his home church included worship leading, marriage counselling, overseeing the evangelism committee and assisting the Senior Pastor in ministry planning. He also conducts wakes and participates in visitations.
Edward is bilingual and speaks several local dialects. Married to Angelina (“Angie”), they have three children, Asher (12 years), Anna (14 years) and Justin (16 years). During his free time, Edward enjoys catching up with friends over coffee and spending time with his family. He jogs occasionally, enjoys reading and watching wildlife documentaries.
